About Postify

Content teams don’t need another scheduler. They need a workflow that respects how the work actually gets shipped.

Postify is the content operations platform for marketing teams who write, review, and publish every week — not once a quarter. Drafts, approvals, audit trails, brand-voice guards, and the calendar live in one workspace, not seven tools.

We started in 2024 because every team we knew was running a weekly content calendar on a spreadsheet, three Slack channels, and exhaustion. We thought there was a better way.

Why we exist

We built Postify because content operations has been someone else’s problem for a decade.

There are thirty tools that schedule a post. We’re building the one that respects how a content program actually gets shipped — drafts, reviews, approvals, brand consistency, audit trails.

    The reformatting tax

A 600-word brief becomes a Telegram post, a Threads sequence, an Instagram carousel, a TikTok hook. Five tools, five formats, five hours of copy-paste — for a single idea.

  • 02

    Brand voice drift

Three freelancers, two agencies, an in-house junior. Six months later the brand sounds like six different people, and the one in charge is on PTO when it matters.

  • 03

    Approval stuck in Slack DMs

The post is ready. Legal needs to sign off. The CMO is in transit. The DM thread is now 47 messages long, and the launch window closed an hour ago.

What we believe

Five positions we built the product around.

Not values. Positions. Each one says no to a specific shape of tool we’ve all already used and didn’t enjoy.

01

Brand voice is software

Your voice model is private, isolated, exportable. We never train shared models on your content. If you ever leave Postify, the voice profile leaves with you — in JSON.

02

Approval is a workflow, not a meeting

Reviews happen inline, on the post, with audit trails. No more "approving in this thread 👍" in three Slack DMs that nobody can find next week.

03

Ship the week, not the post

A post is a draft. A week of content is a launch. The unit of work in Postify is the calendar, the cadence, and the recovery plan — not the individual tile.

04

Boring infra, exciting craft

Postgres, Redis, Go, TypeScript. Nothing exotic in the foundation. The interesting work is in the product surface, the brand-voice AI, and the design.

05

Ship and listen

Every other Tuesday we ship. Every Friday we read every customer email. Most product decisions trace back to a specific conversation.

Twenty-four people, three timezones, one weekly ship.

Distributed across Berlin, Lisbon, and Toronto. We meet in person quarterly for a week of work and not enough sleep.
